get_transaction_receipt
Read the receipt of a transaction by its hash from the configured chain. Returns the receipt — including the transaction status (`0x1` for success, `0x0` for failure), gas used, contract address on creation, and event logs — or `null` when the transaction has not been mined yet (or the hash does not exist).
get_chain_id
Read the chain id of the configured chain. Cheap sanity check during agent bootstrapping — confirms the server is talking to the chain the caller expected.
