What each metered tool costs
The credit price of each metered MCP tool, so an agent can decide whether a call is worth making before it makes it. These are the same numbers `POST /agents/{id}/calls` charges: both read `CREDIT_PRICES` in `billing/pricing.ts` through the one mapping the meter owns. A tool that is not listed is billed at the `runStep` floor rather than free, so the table is a floor and not an exhaustive list of what could cost money. Every tool is listed, including the ones that cost the floor, because a caller that has to guess whether a call is free is a caller that will not make it.

The caller's agent spend over a window: one row per agent, most expensive first, with the window's totals. `totalCredits` is every credit the caller spent on agent calls in the window and is equal to the sum of `agents[].credits`. A drift between those two is a bug, and it is the property this surface exists to make visible: a metering path that charged without recording (or recorded without charging) would show up here as a total that does not add up. Deregistered agents are included, under the name they had. A month-old charge belongs to the agent that made it whether or not it is still registered.
List the caller's registered agents GET
The agents the caller has registered, newest first. Every agent here belongs to the caller: the list is scoped by owner in the store query, so it can never contain another account's agent. A deregistered agent does not appear. It is a soft delete, so its spend still appears in the usage reports under its name — a month-old charge belongs to the agent that made it.
