Read a shop's takings
How many orders the shop has taken and what they came to, split by how the customer paid. `grossUsd` is the shopkeeper's own figure. putty takes no cut of a shop's off-chain takings: the plan is explicit that the buyback share comes from plan revenue, not from a Business Kit merchant's sales. Nothing in this route is a revenue number for putty.

Removes the shop and every order recorded against it. A shop belonging to another user returns the same 404 as one that does not exist, so the route cannot be used to confirm a guessed id.
List a shop's orders GET
Every order a customer opened against this shop, newest first. An order is recorded when the checkout is opened and marked `paid` only when the provider reports the session settled — putty never marks one paid on its own.
